Bored of Playing Horror Films, Prilly Latuconsina Switches to Producing Films

"Honestly, I don't want to do horror films anymore because I have already acted in horror films. Also, there are issues that I want to address and I can't do it if I make a horror film," said Prilly Latuconsina when met in the Tendean area, South Jakarta some time ago.

Prilly apparently wants to address mental health and social issues in the film she is producing. Currently, the process of developing this film is still improving the storyline that will be presented.

"This is not just a story, but I want to raise awareness about mental health and social issues that are happening around us. Right now, we are working on the script, and the first draft has just come out. So, there are scenes that we want to change, revise the story line that we need to replace," said Prilly.

In addition, this 23-year-old actress also expressed her confident reasons for becoming a film producer. Moreover, Prilly also received a lot of support from her fellow film professionals.

"I am confident in producing my own film, I believe there will be a beginning in whatever it is, and this is indeed my first experience. Alhamdulillah, I am supported by fellow film professionals and other actors," she said.
