Build International Standard Sports Facilities, Raffi Ahmad Spends Trillions of Rupiah

For the initial phase, Raffi and Rudy Salim are building a sports facility called Rans Prestige Sportstainment in the Pantai Indah Kapuk 2 area, Tangerang, Banten.

During the groundbreaking ceremony on Monday (22/11/2021), Raffi and Rudy showcased a 2.3-hectare land that will be developed into the sports facility. Raffi and Rudy are very serious about this construction project.

"This is our commitment to build internationally standardized sports facilities," said Raffi Ahmad.

"So, we will build a football field according to FIFA standards," added Rudy Salim.

Rans Prestige Sportstainment, according to Raffi, will serve as the basecamp for Rans Cilegon FC and Rans PIK Basketball. Additionally, it will also be used for soccer schools.

Not only functioning as sports facilities, Raffi and Rudy also plan to develop the place as an entertainment venue.

"Yes, we are building this together. We are starting from scratch. In addition to sports facilities, we are also building entertainment facilities. Yes, there will be indoor and outdoor areas with a healthy atmosphere," said Raffi Ahmad.

Not only entertainment arenas, Raffi and Rudy will also build an arena for electronic sports, or Esports, and also a culinary area.

"There will be an Esports arena because Rans already has its own team. Yes, also a culinary place, we will build it completely," added Rudy Salim.

In the creation of the design of Rans Prestige Sportstainment, Rudy used the services of Indonesian architects.

"We use local architecture because we really want to use the work of our fellow countrymen. Because we believe that local architects have good designs. It took three months, the results are very good," said Rudy.

According to Rudy Salim, to build Rans Prestige Sportstainment, which will stand on an area of ​​2.3 hectares, it is estimated that trillions of rupiah will be spent.

And it is planned that the construction of Rans Prestige Sportstainment will be completed by mid-2022.

"The land alone costs Rp 40 million per square meter. The building costs Rp 8 million per meter. You can calculate for yourself how much it will cost. What is clear is that the land alone will cost more than 1 trillion (rupiah)," explained Rudy Salim.
