"Of course, we are all greatly affected by the company, it's extraordinary how big it is, they can close their stores and lose trillions. Especially for us who are just ordinary, especially me. "Anyway, we still have to work. Of course, there are some downsides, but we have to go through it. Maybe this is a test that we as humans have to reflect on ourselves. What did we do wrong, everything is being tested," she continued.

Despite being in a difficult situation, Aufar Hutapea's wife chose not to lay off any of her employees. However, there are things that need to be agreed upon to ensure that everything continues to run as usual.

"For now, not yet. Alhamdulillah, everything is still okay. Maybe, for example, instead of full payment, I can pay this amount first, and then settle the rest later. There are some adjustments, but everything can be handled," she explained.

2. Striving to Survive

For now, Olla Ramlan and her employees are constantly thinking of ways to ensure that everything goes well and to prevent any negative outcomes for their business.

"Well, let's just think positively. Let's brainstorm ideas so that we can survive for now. We can't predict the future. What's important is to focus on tomorrow so that our business and income can be good," she concluded.
