Cak Lontong adds another role to his career as a politician. The head of the winning team for Pramono Anung - Rano Karno has just been appointed as one of the Board of Commissioners of PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk (the Company) in the Annual General Meeting held on Saturday, (26/4).

As reported by Antara, Corporate Communication of PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk, Daniel Windriatmoko, revealed that the AGM approved the replacement of members of the Board of Commissioners. The three new Commissioners are Ir Lies Hartono or Cak Lontong, former Governor of DKI, Sutiyoso, and former Director of PT Garuda Indonesia, Irfan Setiaputra.

The Governor of DKI Jakarta, Pramono Anung, stated that Cak Lontong is a professional whose ability to lead and manage an organization is beyond doubt. Cak Lontong himself has been involved in politics for quite some time and is the head of the winning team for Pramono Anung and Rano Karno in the DKI Pilkada 2024.

As a member of the Board of Commissioners, Cak Lontong's duty is to supervise and provide advice to the Board of Directors as the management of the Company, whose tasks, responsibilities, and authorities are reported to the General Meeting of Shareholders.
