"According to my husband, I look prettier when I wear a skirt. Especially when I wear a hijab, he's really happy," Meisya continued.

According to Meisya, her husband couldn't stop praising her when she often wore a gamis during the hajj. Interestingly, Meisya admitted that she felt insecure when wearing a skirt.

"But why do I lack confidence when wearing (a skirt) in Jakarta. Maybe I need to explore more to find what suits the atmosphere of Jakarta," she added.

Meisya admitted that she still has a lot to learn in her journey to become more religious. As known, Meisya had wanted to wear a hijab when she turned 40 years old.

Apparently, the determination was not realized. At the age of over 40, she only started wearing hijab during Ramadan 2019. She admitted feeling restless because she had not worn hijab for a long time.
