“Actually, I feel like I've been coded constantly by Allah because I was given the trust to play in a movie while wearing a hijab, but I'm just not ready yet,” she said as quoted from Inserlive (12/3).
However, it turns out that Tissa has had the intention to wear hijab for a long time. But until now, she still isn't ready.
"I've wanted to wear hijab for a long time, but I'm just not (ready) yet, so please pray for me to wear it as soon as possible," she said as quoted from the same source.
She also stated that she does not want to wear a hijab because of pressure or the desire of others, the willingness to wear it must come from herself.
"Wearing a hijab cannot be because of someone else's orders, it must truly come from the conviction of the heart, truly want it, God willing, and it must be for Allah," she continued.
Although Tissa has not worn a hijab until now, she has long been known to often dress modestly and never show skin, especially on social media.
