The younger brother of Miller Khan also said that Aska Ongi stuttered when giving his testimony. His former sister-in-law couldn't even prove her statement about her marriage certificate with Nuning Irpana.

"Where's the evidence? People can say anything when giving a statement. I once said, I'm Selena Gomez's husband, I just forgot to pay the marriage registration fee there. It's easy, if it's just talking without facts and evidence, it's easy," he said. "That's easy. He mentioned that Aska and Nuning's actions are actually entertaining for him.

"That's why I said it's like before, like Upin Upin, and now it's like Power Pop Girl, like a cartoon. They are like cartoons pretending to be powerful, so it's fun, interesting to see them. When I'm stressed, watching them is entertaining," he said.

It is known that the name Nuning Irpana emerged in the midst of the dispute between Aliff Alli and his ex-wife Aska Ongi. From Aska's side, it was revealed that Aliff Alli was previously married to Nuning Irpana and they have not divorced until now. This was revealed to convince the judge not to grant Aliff Alli's request for an isbat marriage considering he is still legally married to someone else.

After that, it was discovered that Aliff Alli filed a lawsuit to annul his marriage to Nuning. It is suspected that this effort was taken as a strategy to have the judge grant his request for isbat marriage and divorce from Aska. Nuning herself has attended the trial for the annulment of their marriage and is disappointed that Aliff Alli does not acknowledge their marriage.
