Kapanlagi.com - SCTV Awards has just concluded on Friday night (26/11/2021). The event was held in a festive manner while implementing strict health protocols.
Multi-talented artist Raffi Ahmad won the award for the Hottest Host at the event. This award is like a second gift because a few hours earlier he received the gift of the birth of a child.
"This is like a gift for me. This morning I received the gift of the birth of my second child, and at night I received an award from SCTV Awards," said Raffi when met by KapanLagi.com at Studio 6 Emtek, Daan Mogot, West Jakarta.
Considering that he is no longer young, Raffi Ahmad admitted that he didn't believe he could win an award at the annual SCTV Awards. Just being nominated was already considered enough.
"Actually, I am happy just to be nominated, let alone win. At my age, I thought it was enough. But thankfully, I was given a bonus. Grateful," he said.
The SCTV Awards award is not the first one received by Raffi Ahmad. However, there are several unexpected moments that happened before the event.
"I remember the first time I received the SCTV Awards in 2006 as the Top Actor. It was one week after my father passed away. I dedicated that victory to my father. Now I received it again when my child was born. So, there are moments," said the husband of Nagita Slavina.
