Kapanlagi.com - Fujianti Utami or Fuji returned to the West Jakarta Metro Police on Tuesday (6/8) along with Sandy Arifin, her legal counsel, and Fadly Faisal. Her visit was still regarding the alleged embezzlement of funds amounting to Rp 1.3 billion committed by Fuji's former manager, Batara Ageng.
When met, Sandy Arifin stated that the case would soon enter the trial stage. Later, both Fuji and Fadly will attend the trial to strengthen all the statements they have provided during the BAP.
"We are waiting for the process until the trial, for sure later when it all proceeds, everyone examined here including Fadly and Fuji will attend the trial," said Sandy Arifin.
"To strengthen all the statements given in the BAP at the police station," he added.
On the same occasion, Fuji expressed her gratitude for being given the smoothness to seek justice regarding the alleged embezzlement case she experienced.
"Alhamdulillah, it went smoothly, thank you to the West Jakarta Police, it has gone well and it is almost over, and I can’t wait for the trial," said Fuji.
When asked further, Fadly explained the purpose of his visit to accompany his sister. He stated that he had just been questioned regarding the case.
He also did not deny that he indeed knows Batara Ageng and knows exactly how Fuji became acquainted with Batara.
"About whether I am involved with Batara or not, then the transfer, then the amount, it’s just a confirmation," explained Fadly.
"And about how close Fuji is to Batara in the beginning," he concluded.
