Catherine Wilson Moves Address, Divorce Hearing Postponed to November 6

Kapanlagi.com - The divorce hearing requested by Idham Mase against Catherine Wilson has been postponed to next week. This happened because both parties did not attend the hearing, and Catherine Wilson has even moved from her previous address.

Public Relations of the South Jakarta Religious Court, Taslimah explained that the summons report noted that the respondent, Catherine, has moved address.

"According to the summons report, the respondent or Catherine has already moved address," said Taslimah at her office on Monday (23/10/2023).

1. Applicant Absent in Hearing

In addition to Catherine, Idham Mase as the applicant was also absent from the hearing. Taslimah stated that Idham did not provide any reasons for his absence.

Therefore, the hearing was postponed until November 6. However, mediation can only be done if both parties are present, or if Catherine's address can be known.

"If the address is clear, mediation can be done, but this is the respondent's address, and we don't know where the address is. So the applicant is asked to provide the respondent's address," she added.

2. Only Filed for Divorce

Taslimah also revealed that in the divorce petition, Idham only filed for divorce without any additional requests.

"Yes, only divorce, no (other requests)," she said.

Therefore, this divorce hearing will be postponed until November 6, with the hope that Idham Mase can provide Catherine's latest address. Idham Mase filed for divorce after one year of marriage.

The divorce petition was registered at the South Jakarta Religious Court on October 9 with registration number 3455/Pdt.G/2023/PAJS. Idham and Catherine got married on October 1, 2022, after knowing each other for 3 months before their marriage.
