Christie Opens KLBB 2026 with a Bang, Distributing Flowers to the Audience

The singer Christie successfully opened the first day of the KapanLagi Buka Bareng (KLBB) Festival 2026 with full energy. This largest Ramadan festival in Jakarta, presented by KapanLagi Youniverse (KLY), officially started on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at the GBK Madya Stadium, Senayan.

Despite the gloomy weather and rain pouring down at the venue, the audience's enthusiasm remained high to witness Christie's opening performance. The audience stayed loyal in front of the stage even though they had to wear raincoats due to the unfriendly weather.

Christie, who looked beautiful in a stylish outfit, greeted her fans with the opening song titled Seribu Kali Cinta. Her presence on stage seemed to be a breath of fresh air amidst the drizzling rain that soaked the festival area.

"Thank you KLBB, how are you all? Thank you for coming even though it's cloudy and raining. I'm really touched," Christie greeted from the stage.

Christie performed right at 15:12 WIB and sang several of her hit songs. During her performance, she interacted with the audience and asked about their romantic relationships. Christie then performed the song Bertahan Hati, which she dedicated to those who feel trapped in unhealthy or toxic relationships.

"Are there any friends here at KLBB who might relate to that? Who is currently stuck in a toxic relationship? We are, right? Isn’t that true? Why is it that every time I ask who the love-struck ones are, the 'Kalih Welas' team doesn’t want to admit it, but those who are enduring a toxic relationship are willing to admit it?!" Christie said jokingly to the audience.

After performing the song Bertahan Hati, Christie surprised everyone by coming down from the stage while singing the song Obsesi. She handed out flowers to the front-row audience as a form of appreciation for staying through the rain. This moment became one of the most memorable parts of her performance that afternoon.

"Hi everyone who doesn't know me, I'm Christie. I'm happy to be back at KLBB. Thank you to those who stayed despite the rain," she said before continuing to the next song.

As a closing, Christie performed The One That Got Away by Katy Perry and her own song titled Love Again. She chose this last song to create a more cheerful atmosphere after previously inviting the audience to sing along to some sad songs. The audience also sang along, ending Christie's performance which was full of stories.

"Thank you KLBB for giving me the chance to come back. Okay, we just had some sad moments. For sure, the last song is not sad, it's fun. I'm going to sing Love Again. It tells the story of my past, tired of guys who are unclear," Christie concluded her performance.
