Chronology of Ayu Aulia's Assault, Hair Pulled and Throat Choked

Kapanlagi.com - Ayu Aulia recently visited the South Jakarta Metro Police on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, due to an unpleasant incident. Allegedly, she experienced assault by Gege Fransiska at a restaurant in South Jakarta.

When met after making the report, Ayu, accompanied by her lawyer, Nuning Tyas, revealed the chronology of the assault. It all started with an unintentional encounter between Ayu and Gege Fransiska. When they met, Ayu Aulia initially only intended to greet Gege Fransiska, but unexpected things happened.

"The legal incident that happened last night, on October 2, 2023, around 18:00 WIB. Ayu intended to eat at the restaurant and happened to meet Sister GF. At that time, Sister GF was also at the restaurant for a press conference or interview with the media," said Nuning Tyas.

"Mbak Ayu came, she entered the restaurant because she wanted to eat, Mbak Ayu greeted, Mbak Ayu smiled, but it turned out that Mbak Ayu was called to approach Sister GF," she continued.

After that, Nuning said that the conversation between the two of them heated up. Without hesitation, she mentioned that Gege Fransiska immediately pulled her hair and choked her client's neck.

"Mbak Ayu came, approached sister GF. Sister GF asked the media to turn off the camera. After that, apparently from the conversation, suddenly I don't know whether it was anger or what, sister GF pulled Mbak Ayu's hair, her hand squeezed her neck," she said.

2. Pushed Until Falling

Not only that, Ayu was also pushed by Gege Fransiska until her arm was injured due to the impact. Moreover, Nuning also mentioned that Gege Fransiska also intended to hit Ayu Aulia's face.

"She was pushed, Mbak Ayu fell and hit her hand on the table until it was injured, then after that she wanted to punch Mbak Ayu's face, and then pushed her stomach, even though Mbak Ayu just had surgery yesterday, a uterus operation," she concluded.

3. Report to the Police Immediately

After the incident, Ayu immediately conducted a medical examination to complete her report to the police. In addition to reporting the alleged assault, Ayu Aulia also reported defamation with report number LP/B/2986/X/2023/SPKT/POLRES METRO JAKSEL/POLDA METRO JAYA.

For the assault report against Gege, it is charged under article 351 of the Criminal Code. Meanwhile, for defamation, it is charged under article 27 paragraph 3 in conjunction with article 65 paragraph 1 of the ITE Law.
