Chronology of Robby Purba Knowing Suffering from Rare Breast Tumor and Immediately Undergoing Surgery

Robby admitted that he felt a lump under (sorry) his nipple. It was painful to touch, painful to climb stairs, and finally on December 30, 2021, Robby decided to get checked at RRS Siloam.

Robby was shocked when he found out that his blood pressure reached 160. The medical team there provided him with oxygen for initial treatment, until a nurse accidentally touched the lump and Robby complained of the pain.

The attending doctors then called a specialist surgeon. Robby was intensively examined in the surgical department, including his armpit glands and testicles.

Robby admitted that he had previously looked into whether men could suffer from breast tumors or cancer. So he was somewhat prepared to hear the examination results. Especially since Robby's older sister also had a history of breast tumors.

Robby was immediately informed that he had to undergo surgery the next day. He was confused because there were no preparations yet, but he was also grateful that the medical team acted promptly.

Robby did inform that he had to finish his work first if he had to undergo surgery. Robby also immediately contacted the insurance team, fortunately, they quickly asked for help.

Robby also explained that he had no intention of endorsing because he repeatedly mentioned the name of the hospital and the insurance company.

Robby promised to continue updating his condition but he is still waiting for a statement from the doctor because he is afraid of making mistakes.

Robby also shared a photo of the tumor that looks like meat that has been removed from his body.

Robby advises women and men to be more aware if they feel something is wrong with their breasts so that prompt treatment can be done.
