Facing a 15-year prison sentence, here is the chronology of the legal case involving Vadel Badjideh, Lolly's boyfriend.
According to the press conference held by the South Jakarta Metropolitan Police, Vadel Badjideh is suspected of assaulting a TNI Babinsa member named Alex Edison.
The Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of South Jakarta Metro Police, AKBP Bintoro, said that Vadel was arrested by the police at his residence in Pesanggrahan area, South Jakarta, on Thursday (12/10).
In addition to Vadel, the police also arrested Vadel's friends, Martin and Bintang. Both of them are dancers who collaborated together.
AKBP Bintoro explained the chronology of the assault carried out by Vadel, Martin, and Bintang. It started from a misunderstanding while riding a motorcycle.
"The chronology began when the victim was riding a motorcycle and crossed paths with the perpetrator, Martin. And accidentally almost collided, resulting in a verbal argument," said Bintoro at the South Jakarta Metro Police on Monday (16/10).
Martin then called Vadel and Bintang, and the three of them started intimidating Alex. Until Alex suffered several bruises on his body.
After the assault, Alex went to Dr. Suryoto's hospital for a medical examination. And the results of the examination will be released on Tuesday, October 17, 2023.
Due to this assault case, Vadel Badjideh, who is Lolly's boyfriend, along with two of his colleagues, were charged with assault under the threat of a maximum sentence of 15 years in prison.
