Chronology of Vanessa Angel and Bibi Ardiansyah's Arrest by Police Related to Drug Cases, Discover Psychotropic Pills

Kapanlagi.com - Vanessa Angel and her husband, Bibi Ardiansyah, have just been apprehended by the West Jakarta Police related to a drug case. Vanessa was arrested by the police along with her husband and assistant in West Jakarta.

This was confirmed by the Head of Public Relations of the Jakarta Metro Police, Commissioner Yusri Yunus. He stated that Vanessa and two of her companions had been apprehended by the police since March 16, 2020.

"The West Jakarta Metro Police have arrested 3 people, one male and two females, on Srengseng Kembangan Street, West Jakarta. The first person has the initials FA, a 30-year-old male. The second person is VA, a 25-year-old female. And the third person is CL, a 23-year-old female. They were apprehended last night, on Monday, March 16, on Diamond Srengseng Street, West Jakarta," said Commissioner Yusri Yunus when met at the Jakarta Metro Police Headquarters on Tuesday (17/3).

This news is certainly shocking to many people, especially since it is known that Vanessa Angel is currently pregnant with her child with Bibi Ardiansyah.

1. Evidence in the Form of Psychotropic Pills

Kombes Yusri Yunus revealed that during the arrest, the police found several pieces of evidence, one of which was psychotropic pills.

"The evidence we managed to secure is suspected to be related to drug issues based on reports that there were 20 psychotropic pills found," he explained.

However, Yusri Yunus could not provide more detailed information about the evidence, as Vanessa and Bibi are still under investigation.

"The individuals are currently being further investigated by the drug unit of the West Jakarta Metro Police. We will wait for the results and inform you later," he added.

2. Still Undergoing Examination

Yusri Yunus himself has not yet confirmed whether Vanessa and Bibi are indeed negative for drugs. The police are still waiting for the results of urine and blood tests.

"It is still suspected, I cannot say yes yet because the individuals are still being examined, including whether their urine and blood tests are negative," he explained.

"We are still investigating further with the drug unit of the West Jakarta Metro Police," he added.

3. Chronology of Arrest

Kombes Yusri Yunus explained the chronology of the arrest of Vanessa Angel, Bibi Ardiansyah, and one of their assistants. During the search, evidence of psychotropic pills was found.

"Three individuals were apprehended and 20 psychotropic pills were found during the search. However, further investigation is needed to confirm if they are indeed psychotropic pills," he explained.

Furthermore, Yusri Yunus stated that everything is still considered alleged until the results of the examination and laboratory tests are obtained.

"Everything is still alleged, and I cannot confirm whether the individuals tested negative or positive for psychotropic substances. We will conduct laboratory tests first," he added.
