Beautiful actress Citra Kirana revealed her efforts to have a second child through the IVF process. Initially, Citra mentioned that she & Rezky Aditya really wanted to 'give' a sibling to Athar, who is about 6 years old. They chose the IVF process for various reasons.

"Everything went according to procedure since January, preparing to retrieve the eggs, etc. Until finally in April we were scheduled for embryo transfer, the doctor's task only goes up to this process, the rest we leave to Allah," wrote Citra Kirana in a post on April 22, 2026.
After that, this 32-year-old woman took a full break at home for two weeks. She left all her work behind to achieve the desired results.
"After ET, I just rested at home, really enjoying life without thinking about work. Literally just eating, sleeping, and lounging at home for 2 weeks," continued Citra Kirana.
When it was time for the pregnancy test, Citra felt nervous. After knowing the result, Citra felt sad but was still grateful for Athar's attitude.
"When it was time for me to take the test, I felt really nervous. But it turned out the result was NEGATIVE. Sad? Definitely. But I am grateful to have Athar, masya Allah your heart is so big, dear. He really comforted me when I was vulnerable. I know he really wants a sibling. Me and masky (Rezky Aditya) insya Allah we believe this is the best," she continued.
Citra Kirana & Rezky Aditnya immediately performed a prayer of repentance, read the Quran, prayed, and shared their thoughts with Allah.
Citra Kirana immediately opened the Quran and pointed to one verse. She received an answer in Surah Al Furqon verses 74-75. "How could I get the exact verse? I don’t know, that’s the power of Allah. What I got from that verse is that we must be PATIENT," wrote Citra Kirana.
Lastly, Citra Kirana encouraged all the two-line fighters out there who are still striving to have children. "Stay motivated for all the two-line fighters, don’t forget to always be grateful," concluded Citra Kirana.
