This sad news was announced by Jeje through his personal Instagram account on Monday (11/12). He announced that his mother passed away at RS Siloam, Jakarta.

Jeje's mother, Farida Budiarty, took her last breath this morning, Monday (11/12) at 08:30. A few hours earlier, Jeje posted a status on Insta Story, praying for her mother's recovery.
"Innalillahi wa innailaihi rojiun. Our beloved mother, Ibu Farida Budyarti, has returned to Allah's mercy. On Monday, December 11, 2023, at 08:30 AM WIB at RS Siloam Semanggi," wrote Jeje.

When his mother passed away, Jeje could not accompany her during her last moments. Currently, Jeje is in London, England, working with his band, Govinda.
Jeje is recording at Abbey Road Studio, a legendary studio where The Beatles recorded their songs. Jeje went there with his bandmates and Syahnaz, along with their children.
