Continue the Case with Indra Tarigan, Nikita Mirzani Wants Justice for Her Daughter

Kapanlagi.com - As if never tired of dealing with the law, Nikita Mirzani once again visited the Jakarta Metro Police. The 39-year-old woman came accompanied by her lawyer, Fahmi Bachmid.

Represented by Fahmi, Nikita stated that she wanted to follow up on her report against lawyer Indra Tarigan regarding the hate speech case involving the posting of her child's face. According to her, the report she filed in March 2019 has not shown any progress until now.

"We went to the Police, especially to the Head of the Internal Affairs Division, to consult about several reports from Nikita that we believe have something to report," said Fahmi Bachmid when met at the Jakarta Metro Police, Central Jakarta, on Wednesday (29/7) afternoon.

1. Want Protection

"The first one is related to Niki's report in March 2019 against someone's account. Until now, there is no process that we consider unclear, even though there seems to be a process like this," he continued.

Fahmi stated that his client wants protection for what she has experienced. Therefore, Nikita Mirzani went to the Metro Jaya Police to seek justice and inquire about the progress of her report.

"So we filed a complaint, that this is what Niki reported, this is the process, and these are all the evidence. We ask for protection from Irwasda so that Niki's report can proceed as it should because Niki came seeking justice," said Fahmi.

2. Seeking Justice

In addition, Fahmi also seeks justice from the Regional Inspectorate (Irwasda) of the Metro Jaya Police so that the report from this mother of three children can be processed immediately.

"We officially reported and we demand justice. Niki, as a victim, seeks justice and filed a complaint to Irwasda," he said.

Previously, Nikita Mirzani reported Indra Tarigan to the Metro Jaya Police on March 26, 2019, with accusations of insulting her daughter, Loly. Allegedly, Indra took a photo of Loly from Instagram and added inappropriate words.
