Court Rejects Amalia Fujiawati's Lawsuit Regarding Child Support to Bambang Pamungkas

Kapanlagi.com - The South Jakarta Religious Court rejected the lawsuit filed by Amalia Fujiawati against football player Bambang Pamungkas (Bepe) regarding the origin of the child and child support. The verdict of the lawsuit registered under case number 1233/Pdt.G/ 2021/ PA/JS was read by the judge on Thursday, September 23, 2021.

"It was decided yesterday and the result of the decision is to reject the plaintiff's lawsuit. So the decision to approve the origin of the child and child support was rejected by the Panel of Judges," said Taslimah, the spokesperson for the South Jakarta Religious Court, on Friday (24/9/2021).

The reason the court rejected Amalia Fujiawati's lawsuit is because Amalia does not have strong evidence that she was married to Bambang Pamungkas. Therefore, the court cannot grant Amalia's request.

"Because the marriage is not proven. In the trial, it turns out that there is no evidence that the child is the child of Bambang Pamungkas bin H. Misranto. The only thing proven is the marriage between Amalia and Bambang bin drs W. Arifin. So because the names are different, the marriage between the defendant and the plaintiff is not proven," explained Taslimah.

1. DNA Test Results Not Brought to Trial

According to Taslimah, the DNA test results that were boasted by Amalia's party were also not brought to the trial. "In the trial, the plaintiff did not submit the DNA test results," said Taslimah.

Amalia Pujiwati became the center of attention for claiming to be the second wife of Bambang Pamungkas. She claimed to have married the former national team player in May 2018.

From that marriage, Amalia Fujiawati has one child who was born on February 24, 2019, named Renansya Ayu Anjani. However, on December 27, 2020, Bambang Pamungkas divorced Amalia, and before the divorce happened, Amalia claimed to be pregnant with a child from the man affectionately called Bepe.

Amalia tried to fight for her child's rights to be recognized as the biological child and to receive child support from Bambang Pamungkas by filing a lawsuit in the South Jakarta Religious Court on March 18, 2021.
