Cousin of Bunga Citra Lestari Reveals the Cause of Ashraf Sinclair's Death

"Actually, regarding the incident with the late Ashraf, he was just doing his usual routines, attending meetings, taking his wife to Idol, and then exercising at night, which was his usual routine. However, on that Monday, he had just returned with his family from New York, so he was definitely jetlagged and only got a little sleep. At night, he even did crossfit, and that's where the problem was. He did intense exercise when he was lacking rest," he said when met in Tendean, South Jakarta, on Friday (2/21/2020).

However, he denied that crossfit was the cause of Ashraf's death. Ivan said that Ashraf died because he exercised without enough rest.

"This is also confirmation that the cause is not crossfit. I also like going to the gym. The cause is not crossfit but it is because he didn't rest enough, that's the cause. Crossfit is allowed as long as you have enough rest. Because any sport can backfire if we don't rest enough," he added.

2. Busy Enough

Ivan himself spoke about Ashraf's daily activities, which were quite busy. He had to attend several meetings as a businessman, which made him only able to exercise at night.

"Yeah, Ashraf's daily activities are normal, nothing special. He's a businessman, so he has many meetings with people and his daily schedule is very packed, and he also likes to exercise, that's his daily activities," he concluded.
