Creating a New Business, Rory Asyari Collaborates with Bubah Alfian

Kapanlagi.com - Instagram influencer and presenter Rory Asyari is expanding his wings into the business world. Rory Asyari is not alone, as he collaborates with renowned Makeup Artist (MUA) in Indonesia, Bubah Alfian.

They collaborate to build Sleep Project, aiming to create better sleep quality. Initially, Sleep Project operated solely online, but now they have opened an offline store. The first store was opened by Rory Asyari and Bubah Alfian at Ashta District 8, SCBD.

"Actually, during the pandemic, online sales skyrocketed because people were staying at home, businesses related to home and plants saw a significant increase," said Rory Asyari at Ashta District 8, SCBD, South Jakarta, on Saturday (8/1/2022).

"But now, after the vaccine and the easing of restrictions, people are going back to malls and we want to provide answers for our friends and customers who are going out and want to know what is good for their homes. That's why we opened this offline store, to meet and fulfill the customers' needs," he added.

Building the Sleep Project business, Rory Asyari partnered with Bubah Alfian. This well-known MUA in the country is interested because he has been using the product for a long time. Moreover, the price offered is very affordable compared to similar products.

"I fell in love with the product material and I didn't know what the bedcover material was like until it was sent to me, and there are special options and the price is very affordable," said Bubah Alfian.

"Actually, it's not because of the same material, if we look at the department store, the price can be more than 20 million, but you offer how to make it affordable and suitable for millennials," continued Rory.

What's interesting is that Rory Asyari also collaborates with several Batik Solo craftsmen to build his business. Through Sleep Project, he wants to contribute to his hometown.

"How can we empower them because batik exports have been really bad during the pandemic. That's why we want to spread the spirit, let's wear batik again even though we're at home or sleeping," concluded Rory.
