Crowded! Teuku Wisnu's Cake Shop Outlet in Malang is Visited by 13 Bus Groups

Kapanlagi.com - The Covid-19 pandemic has brought many negative effects in various sectors, including the economy. Business people are also affected, such as Teuku Wisnu. Therefore, the husband of Shireen Sungkar hopes that this pandemic can soon become endemic or free from the Covid-19 virus.

One of the owners of the Malang Strudel pastry shop in Malang Raya, East Java, is very grateful that the PPKM relaxation has been passed and his business can run normally again as before. He was also surprised to see the enthusiasm of the community for Malang Strudel, which has become an icon of Malang Raya.  

At one of its outlets, the Karanglo branch of Malang Strudel, there was a queue or crowd of people waiting to take home Malang Strudel. The queue, which is usually done by mothers and teenage children, is like queuing for cheap fried oil.

"Masha Allah, hopefully this is a good sign for the tourism sector, including souvenirs. Hopefully the pandemic subsides and can restore the economy of Malang Raya to normal as before," said Teuku Wisnu, Sunday (27/3/2022).

1. 13 Bus Groups Invade

Wisnu Outlet was invaded by 13 bus groups from Jakarta who were on vacation in Malang. They mostly queued to buy Malang Strudel souvenirs with various flavors, including other souvenirs available at the outlet.

"There were around 13 buses from Jakarta bringing groups to buy Malang Strudel. Thank God, and we still apply health protocols to keep everyone healthy after vacationing in Malang Raya. Hopefully, the situation will continue to improve," said the 37-year-old man.
