Ria Mariaty, the mother of singer Raisa, is undergoing intensive treatment due to stage 4 lung cancer that has spread to the bones.
This illness was first detected in December 2024 after Ria experienced a prolonged cough and was previously diagnosed with tuberculosis (TB) in October 2024. After her condition worsened, a PET scan revealed the presence of advanced-stage cancer.
Raisa with her older brother, Rinaldi Nurpratama faithfully accompanying their beloved mother while lying in the hospital. Smiles are visible on their faces.
Rinaldi emphasizes his mother's spirit and resilience in facing this illness. He updates on his mother's condition as she fights to recover from lung cancer.
Although they are in a difficult situation, this family can create happiness and positive energy for one another.
Raisa's mother continues to perform prayers, even while lying in the hospital. Ria Mariaty also keeps smiling and looks happy to be with family.
