David Bayu's Daughter Undergoes Examination Regarding Her Report Against AP, Police Ask Seven Questions

Kapanlagi.com - The daughter of famous musician David Bayu, AD, has returned to undergo examination at the Metro Jaya Police regarding her report against AP, a man suspected of being the actor and distributor of a pornographic video. In this examination, AD was accompanied by her father, David Bayu, as well as her lawyer, Sandy Arifin.

Sandy Arifin explained that this examination involved seven questions from the investigators. Additionally, they also submitted supplementary evidence that may influence the further investigation process.

"There are several additional questions that have been asked to our client, and there are some supplementary evidence that we have submitted to the investigators," said Sandy Arifin at the Metro Jaya Police, Tuesday (13/8/2024).

1. There Is a Possibility of Other Witnesses

Sandy added that there is a possibility that several other witnesses will be called to provide testimony related to this case.

"There are seven (questions). There are also several witnesses who may be examined further later," Sandy Arifin added.

However, he still refused to provide detailed information regarding the examination process and the evidence that has been submitted.

2. Investigator's Examination Agenda Proposes 7 Questions

"Maybe ask the investigators, we are just conveying that today the agenda for the additional examination includes seven questions and several pieces of evidence that we have attached to the investigators," Sandy revealed.

On the same occasion, David Bayu also made a statement. He expressed his gratitude to the police, especially to the Cyber Subdirectorate of the Metro Jaya Police, for successfully apprehending the perpetrator.

3. Appreciation for the Police for Successfully Capturing the Perpetrator

"First of all, I would like to thank the Cyber Crime Unit of the Metro Jaya Police for successfully capturing the perpetrator. Throughout the process, I felt comfortable with the service. I was just accompanying my daughter as a father," said David Bayu.

As a father, David Bayu tries to provide full support to his daughter in facing this issue. He hopes for the best for AD and continues to accompany his daughter during the legal process.

"Just go through it, we are doing our best for the children," concluded David Bayu.
