However, this was denied by the victims who came to the Jakarta Metro Police to meet with investigators. Olivia Nathania promised them to become CPNS without going through any tests.

"There was no tutoring. Nevertheless, Agustin admits that there is indeed a process that must be carried out by prospective CNPS candidates. So, they cannot suddenly enter and still have to wait for the Decree.

"Yes, there is certainly a process. There is a process after the documents are submitted and the money is handed over to BKN, then it will be screened according to him, like that we wait for further information. Well, because of the delay due to COVID, even the regular ones are postponed, eventually it will be the same and we will receive the Decree made in November. My own nephew received the first invitation, official letter, and received the Decree," he said.

Agustin is not just talking without evidence and has obtained proof that Nia Daniaty's child promised them to be able to become CPNS members and there are no lessons or tutoring for CPNS. "I have proven it, there is a chat from Olivia offering me. 'Ma'am, is there anyone who wants to enter CPNS?' It's very clear. I immediately answered 'yes, my child' and asked if it's possible. 'I've been doing this for 4 years and this is the 5th year,' she said. That means Olivia is the one offering," she concluded.

As reported, Olivia Nathania was reported to the Metro Jaya Regional Police for alleged fraud in the selection of Civil Servant Candidate (CPNS). The number of Olivia's fraud victims reached 225 with an estimated total loss of Rp 9.7 billion.
