"I also have several employees, but I try my best. So, if the business unit is really stuck and can't afford to have many employees anymore, then it's inevitable that some will be laid off. But if things are running normally, we also consider the humanity aspect. We just try our best," he said.

Furthermore, regarding the Eid al-Fitr Allowance (THR), Raffi Ahmad has also prepared to give it to his employees.

"As for the THR, I will give it to the employees who deserve it," said the father of one.

Raffi Ahmad really cares about his employees. Even if the COVID-19 virus outbreak has not ended yet, Raffi Ahmad and Nagita Slavina still pay their employees with their own savings.

"But I'm still thinking, if it continues like this until December, Gigi and I have agreed to use our own savings as long as our employees are well taken care of until December and they are still safe. But if it goes beyond December, I'm also confused, hahaha," Raffi Ahmad said while laughing.
