Even if you have a reason, what makes you think you have the right to suddenly neglect her, when she has always been there for you all this time?" Kimberley continues.

And if that's not enough, she has to face the end of this relationship with various news reports. You shattered her heart into pieces. She remains silent and silently struggles.
