Demanding Marital Assets, Tsania Marwa: Just Asking for My Rights

Kapanlagi.com - Tsania Marwa appeared in a gono-gini property lawsuit hearing at the Cibinong Religious Court, West Java, on Wednesday (8/7). After being postponed due to the corona pandemic, the hearing could only be resumed today.

"So actually I planned this lawsuit since the beginning of the year. But because of several reasons, one of which is this pandemic, everything had to be postponed until July and mediation could only start now," said Tsania Marwa.

1. Assets Being Sued

She is suing for gono-gini assets obtained during her 5-year marriage to Atalarik Syach. Tsania Marwa explained the assets that are being sued.

"Certainly, in principle, gono-gini is shared assets acquired after marriage. So everything that I obtained during those 5 years of marriage is being sued. For example, there are cars, my personal belongings, and also involves the house," she explained.

2. Just Want to Ask for Her Right

The mother of two children just wants to ask for her right, which she deserves. She has also prepared some evidence for her lawsuit.

"Basically, I only ask for my right, no more and no less. Everything I submit is in its place and has a basis, so it can be proven. This trial will not just pass by, there will be evidence, there will be witnesses. We have thought about that too. We wouldn't write something random," Tsania Marwa concluded.
