After a week of silence, Mario, Linna, and their legal team finally speak up. They revealed the contents of the contract with the owner of the beauty product.

"The contract in the memorandum of understanding that we signed together is for assistance, not as a brand ambassador, not for sales, but for assistance," said Linna when met in the Raden Saleh area, Central Jakarta, on Saturday (22/7/2023).

1. Accompaniment Task

Furthermore, Linna Susanto explained the task of accompaniment given to the beauty product owners. And in that contract, there is absolutely no mention of becoming a brand ambassador.

"The accompaniment is first for branding, such as designing the product logo. Second, posting on social media, also accompaniment for product introduction to the public. Third is offline networking, which is accompaniment for website creation. We don't create it, but only provide accompaniment," continued Linna.

2. Not Receiving 5 Billion IDR

On that occasion, Linna Susanto explained that they have fulfilled their obligations as stated in the contract. However, they have not received the full amount of five billion rupiahs. Even the partial payments have not been paid in full.

"It's not true that I have received five billion, the amount is far below that. What was offered to us was a five-year contract and they requested to pay in installments forty times. So the photo has been used, but the payment is being paid in forty months," said Linna.
