Denying Drug Use, This is Raffi Ahmad's Secret to Stay Fit Despite Only Sleeping 3 Hours a Day

Kapanlagi.com - Raffi Ahmad and Deddy Corbuzier were recently engaged in an interesting conversation. In a vlog on the Rans Entertainment Youtube channel, Deddy honestly answered questions asked by Raffi Ahmad.

When Raffi felt there were no more interesting questions, it was Deddy's turn to ask questions out of curiosity. What piqued curiosity was Raffi's strong health and stamina, even though he had to shoot every day with little rest.

1. Deddy's Question

"You work from morning till night. You only sleep for an hour. You only sleep for two hours. Are you using drugs?" Deddy asked passionately.

Raffi immediately denied and rolled up his sleeves. "No. Check it now!"

"Admit it!" Deddy insisted.

2. Past Memories

Despite being constantly pressured by Deddy, Raffi continues to deny. He even recalls past memories when he was briefly arrested by the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) for a few days.

"No, I swear to Allah. What matters is my spirit. You can check now. Call me, do a urine test, I dare you. I've experienced it before. The past, it was tiring. I've been through it," he said, making Deddy laugh.

3. Raffi's Secret

To keep his body healthy, Raffi happened to share his secret while chatting on Deddy Corbuzier's Youtube podcast. Turns out, there are a few things.

"Regular vitamin injections, for sure. I get vitamin C injections every two weeks. But I like to steal naps in the car. But I love my work. I enjoy it. I genuinely enjoy meeting people. That's why I left acting in soap operas, TV movies, because it's just like that. But as a host, we get to meet people. We have indirect conversations and we gain something from them," he said.
