Despite Being a Suspect, Former Manager Denny Sumargo Remains Calm During First Trial for Alleged Breach of Contract

Kapanlagi.com - Former manager Denny Sumargo, Ditya Andrista, will attend a trial regarding allegations of breach of contract against Denny at the West Jakarta District Court, today, Tuesday (22/2). He claimed to be relaxed facing the mediation agenda in this trial.

When interviewed before the trial, Ditya's party stated that they have prepared evidence to strengthen their case in court. This was conveyed by Ditya's lawyer, Tegar Putuhena.

"Just going smoothly. It's the first mediation trial, so I don't know yet. Just stay relaxed and go through it," said Ditya Andrista.

"Complete. Everything, contract evidence, witness evidence, anything," added Tegar, his legal representative.

2. Awaiting Denny's Presence

In addition, Ditya is actually looking forward to the presence of Denny Sumargo in this trial. They hope to be able to resolve all the issues with the man nicknamed the arrogant basketball player.

"We hope that the defendant also has good intentions to resolve the problem. And as a public figure, he should set an example. That this trial is part of the legal process that cannot be separated, must be undergone together and respected. Let's just wait," said Tegar.

3. Sues Former Artist

It is known that Ditya Andrista is suing her former artist, Denny Sumargo, for violating the employment agreement resulting in her losing hundreds of millions. This loss is the total amount from the beginning of her work as the actor's manager for 6 years.

Ditya then filed a lawsuit against Denny Sumargo with case number 63/Pdt.G/2022/PN Jkt.Brt at the West Jakarta District Court. She claimed to have suffered a loss of Rp 880,288,000 due to the breach of contract.
