Different Principles, DJ Una Files for Divorce from Her Husband

Kapanlagi.com - The marriage of DJ Una and her husband, Irsan Ramadan, is on the rocks. The 33-year-old woman filed for divorce from her beloved husband at the South Jakarta Religious Court on October 4, 2021. Accompanied by her legal counsel, Luvino Siji Samura, DJ Una recently attended the first divorce hearing at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Monday (October 14, 2021).

"Today was just the first hearing, so it's still at the early stages. The hearing went smoothly, Alhamdulillah, there were no obstacles at all. I have also read the case," said DJ Una at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Monday (October 14, 2021).

DJ Una stated that she filed for divorce from her husband due to differences in principles. In her divorce petition, this mother of one requested custody of their child. It is known that during her marriage to Irsan Ramadan, DJ Una has been blessed with a child named Kyrie Arnatama.

"Actually, it's more about differences in principles. As for the child, I requested custody of my child. (Filing for) divorce, custody of the child, and the father's obligations to the children," she said.

1. Not Living Under One Roof

Actually, the problem in DJ Una and Irsan's household has been going on for a long time. In fact, for the past year, DJ Una has not been living with her husband.

"It's been quite a while since it was reported before, and I never spoke up because there were still many processes and compromises from the family and others. Until I decided that we both should just separate," said DJ Una.

"(Living together) is like we've never been together. It's been about (a year). I have been living in our respective homes," added DJ Una.

2. Raising Children Together

Although they agreed to divorce, DJ Una does not restrict her husband from meeting their child. Considering that they have both agreed to raise their child together.

"I never restrict him at all if he wants to meet, because the father and I have agreed to raise our child together," concluded DJ Una.
