Dinda Kanyadewi is scared to see Aulia Sarah wearing the Badarawuhi costume, admits almost crying

Kapanlagi.com - Dinda Kanyadewi is one of the actors in the movie BADARAWUHI DI DESA PENARI. The character named Jiyanti, played by Dinda, has several scenes with the character Badarwuhi played by Aulia Sarah.

During the shooting process, Dinda Kanya admitted to being scared when she saw Aulia already wearing the Badarawuhi costume. The Jakarta-born woman almost cried because of the fear.

"Every time I'm in a frame with Aulia Sarah, I'm always genuinely scared, I don't know why. Every time she's in costume, in character, it's a bit creepy. I almost cried seeing Aul even though she didn't do anything," said Dinda Kanya when met in the Gandaria area, South Jakarta, on Thursday (28/3/2024).

1. Having a Mystical Side

Dinda Kanya Dewi explained that every time she saw Aulia Sarah wearing the Badarawuhi costume, she felt a strong mystical aura. It's no wonder she felt scared.

"I think that character is very sacred, its mystical side is quite palpable. I don't understand what it is, but the energy is really powerful. When I saw Aul playing there, she was really good and I was genuinely scared. It's really creepy when she wears all those clothes and sits on the throne," explained Dinda Kanya.

2. Participating in Casting

Furthermore, Dinda Kanya Dewi revealed that she went through a casting process to be involved in BADARAWUHI DI DESA PENARI. When she saw who the director was and the title being produced, it was hard to refuse.

"I participated in the casting here. Thankfully, I passed the casting," concluded the thirty-seven-year-old woman.
