Kapanlagi.com - The South Jakarta Religious Court held another hearing for Deddy Mahendra Desta's divorce request from Natasha Rizky on Monday (12/6/2023). This hearing's agenda included reading the results of mediation, presenting evidence, and hearing witness statements.
"Today's hearing is the result of yesterday's mediation. Since the mediation failed, today's hearing involves presenting evidence and witnesses," said Hendra K Siregar, Desta's lawyer, after the hearing.

During the hearing, Desta brought two witnesses, namely Irfina Karina Karamoy (Fifi), the wife of Vincent Rompies. The second witness was Natasha Rizky's sibling.
"Desta's friend and Natasha's sibling served as witnesses. Fifi is like family, very close and aware of the problem from the start," said Hendra K Siregar.
Meanwhile, Natasha Rizky's party did not bring any witnesses. According to her lawyer, witnesses from Desta's side are sufficient. The trial continued according to the agenda.
"We didn't bring any witnesses. Because we feel that two witnesses from their side are enough to prove this case," said Dolly Siregar.
