DJ Una Officially Divorces Irsan Ramadhan, Agreed to Co-parent Their Child Together

Kapanlagi.com - The divorce trial between DJ Una and Irsan Ramadhan was held again at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Thursday (28/10/2021). This time, the hearing was scheduled to hear testimonies from witnesses, namely Irsan's cousin and DJ Una's manager.

After hearing the testimonies, the panel of judges read out the verdict of the trial. DJ Una's lawyer, Luvino Siji Samura, stated that the panel of judges granted all of their client's claims.

DJ Una was granted a divorce by default as Irsan Ramadhan, the defendant, never attended the court hearings.

"The judge stated that firstly, it is clear and official that the South Jakarta Religious Court has sent invitations to the defendant, but the defendant never showed up," said Luvino at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Thursday (28/10/2021).

"Secondly, all of the claims submitted by the plaintiff by default are granted, due to the absence of the defendant. Thirdly, the verdict is issued against the defendant, which is a divorce (talak satu)," he added.

1. Agreement to Co-Parent

Regarding child custody, DJ Una and Irsan agree to co-parent. In addition, Irsan is also requested to pay child support amounting to Rp 10 million per month

"And also punish the defendant to pay monthly expenses, child education, child support, amounting to Rp 10 million per month. It has been decided," said Luvino.

Previously, DJ Una and Irsan Ramadhan had a meeting for family mediation. Unfortunately, the mediation did not reach a resolution.

"Yes, the content was an attempt to meet the defendant and plaintiff, mediation on a family basis, personally. But the result is that there was no agreement between the plaintiff and defendant. Finally, in the letter, the defendant agreed to all the claims made by the plaintiff," concluded Luvino.

Una and Irsan got married in 2017. From their marriage, they were blessed with a son named Kyrie Arnatama.
