Doddy Sudrajat to Visit Gala Sky Andriansyah's House with Court Officials to See the Situation

Kapanlagi.com - In the custody case of Gala Sky, the late Vanessa Angel's and Bibi Adriansyah's child, the court will conduct a local examination (descente) on Friday (3/25).

Descente is a court hearing held at the location of the case object, in order to directly see or examine the object. Therefore, Doddy Sudrajat and court officials will visit Haji Faisal's house, who is the plaintiff.

"Then on Friday the 25th, a descente will be held at Haji Faisal's house. We will gather here at 9, and then go to Haji Faisal's house," said Tegar Firmansyah, Doddy Sudrajat's lawyer, after the trial at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Wednesday (3/23).

"To see the condition of Gala. So the judges will consider from the physical and spiritual health aspects or whatever it may be. To consider a fair decision," Tegar Firmansyah added.

After that, the trial will enter its final stage and the judge will decide who has the right to take care of Gala Sky on April 13, 2022.

"For the conclusion, the eligibility will be on the 30th. For the verdict, it will be on April 13th. Everything is eligible," he concluded.

2. Verdict Result

Previously, Haji Faisal along with his family and legal counsel visited the West Jakarta Religious Court on Wednesday, April 13, 2022. Their visit was to find out directly the verdict of the Panel of Judges regarding his lawsuit to obtain custody of Gala Sky Andriansyah.

"So today's agenda is actually the reading of the verdict. Actually through e-court. But we agreed to come here to formally request a printed copy and coincidentally we haven't read it yet. Now I'm reading this," said Shandy Arifin, Haji Faisal's legal counsel.

3. Give Access to Doddy

The court, Shandy continued, determined that Gala Sky Andriansyah is under the care or guardianship of Haji Faisal and Ibu Dewi Zuhriati. However, they requested that Haji Faisal give visitation rights to Doddy.

"With the obligation to still provide access to Doddy Sudrajat as the defendant and the child's grandfather from the mother to meet with the child," said Shandy.

4. Officially Becomes Guardian

Then, the Court appointed Haji Faisal and his wife as the guardians of Gala Sky Andriansyah. They will be the guardians until Gala Sky reaches the official age of adulthood.

"Appointing Haji Faisal as the guardian and as the representative of the underage child for all legal actions outside the Court," he said.
