Doddy Sudrajat Visits the National Commission for Child Protection Regarding Gala Sky, Asked Not to Establish Guardianship

Kapanlagi.com - Doddy Sudrajat visited the National Commission for Child Protection on Friday afternoon (24/12/2021). His visit was intended to discuss several matters related to the custody of Gala Sky Andriansyah, the only grandchild from the late Vanessa Angel's marriage to Bibi Ardiansyah.

As previously reported, Doddy and Faisal, as the in-laws, are currently trying to obtain guardianship rights over Gala. During the process, there have been conflicting statements exposed in the media.

"Mr. Doddy came here to discuss Gala's position as his grandchild. He also conveyed objections to the current custody process being carried out by the in-laws," said Arist Merdeka Sirait, Chairman of the Child Protection Commission, in a press conference.

1. Let Gala Grow Comfortably

After discussing, Arist Merdeka Sirait said that Gala Sky Andriansyah should be nurtured in a comfortable place. This will be related to his future growth and development.

"So, from the perspective of child protection, I suggest that Gala be in a comfortable and enjoyable environment, let him grow and develop in that position with people around him. This condition will enable the child to grow and develop well," said Arist.

2. Regarding Guardianship Rights

Furthermore, Arist Merdeka Sirait mentioned that both parties do not need to request guardianship rights over Gala Sky Andriansyah. According to him, let Gala grow in a place where he feels comfortable.

"There is no need for a request for court determination, for example, regarding the guardianship rights and to whom they belong. From the perspective of child protection, let Gala be where he is and happy. The people around him should facilitate that and there should be no obstacles," emphasized Arist.
