Due to Rarely Drinking and Often Holding Urine, Ashanty Gets Kidney Stones

Kapanlagi.com - Ashanty has just returned from undergoing treatment in Turkey. As known, she is currently trying to cure the autoimmune disease she has been suffering from for some time.

However, based on the latest examination, the doctors said that there is a growing disease in Ashanty's body, namely kidney stones. However, the stone is not recommended to be removed.

"I now feel healthy because there have been many changes in my life. Especially, I don't magnify things that are not important, I am more relaxed, more positive than before. From there, I feel that I might be able to heal myself. But if there is an additional medical condition. I have kidney stones but they cannot be removed," said Ashanty when met in the Pondok Indah area, South Jakarta, on Tuesday (15/6/2021).

1. Drink Three Liters of Water a Day

Instead of taking medication, the doctor actually suggested Ashanty to drink a lot of water. At least, this singer of the song 'Bohong' should consume three liters of water in a day.

"I was only told to drink three liters of water a day, Insha Allah it will come out if I drink it regularly. I was also told to drink some herbal remedies. Now I don't want to eat anything either," explained the mother of four children.

2. Causes of Kidney Stones

When she heard the news about having kidney stones, Ashanty was surprised because she never felt any pain. However, she realized that the disease arose from her habit of holding her urine.

"Honestly, I didn't feel any pain at all. That's why when the doctor said there were kidney stones, I was like 'Huh, I don't feel any pain at all?'. But it's true that sometimes I don't drink enough water and I like to hold my pee. My advice is never to hold your pee. That's not allowed. Because I'm lazy, you know. Well, now I'm trying that doctor's therapy and Insha Allah it will succeed," said Anang Hermansyah's wife.
