In addition, this Sundanese comedian was also diagnosed with stage 4C cancer by the doctor. Qomar himself revealed that he has been suffering from malignant intestinal cancer, and he now has to defecate through a stoma hole in his waist instead of his anus.

"The surgery was quite extensive, the specialist doctor diagnosed malignant cancer in the large intestine and small intestine, stage four C," said Komar, as quoted by tabloidbintang.com.

"So the digestion has been altered, no longer through the anus, but through a stoma hole in the waist," Komar explained.

1. Still Able to Carry Out Activities

In addition, Qomar also revealed that he has undergone chemotherapy to combat his illness. Nevertheless, the member of the comedy group Empat Sekawan is still grateful to be able to carry out activities as usual.

"It has been almost two months. Starting from September 28, chemotherapy for the next six months," added Komar.

"Thank God, the news is good, I am healthy, God willing, I am in a healthy state, heart, soul, and mind. Physically, I am still in the recovery process," said Komar.

2. There is a Genetic Factor

Previously, Qomar stated that the cause of his colon cancer is due to a genetic factor and an unhealthy diet. This was discovered after he checked his health condition at the hospital.

"After undergoing examinations, scans, X-rays, and all medical processes, it was found that 'Pak Haji has had a genetic factor for a long time'. So it's a genetic factor, but maybe there is one unhealthy eating habit," he said.

"(Now) I can no longer eat instant menus, instant noodles. If I want something savory, I can make chicken broth from village chicken, but I can no longer consume instant savory foods. Because slowly but surely, they trigger cancer cells," added H Qomar.
