Through a post on his Instagram account, Dyrga announced the news himself that he tested positive for the Delta variant of covid-19. In fact, Dyrga showed an unusual symptom, which is the appearance of red rashes on the back of his neck.
"The rashes are a result of the delta corona in my neck," Dyrga wrote in the caption of his post.
Immediately, Dyrga's post was flooded with comments from netizens. Most of them prayed for the recovery of the Dadali Band vocalist and for him to resume his activities as before.

Shortly after announcing the news of his positive covid-19 test, Dyrga received another shocking news. His colleague, Yudi, who is a guitarist from Dadali Band, was reported to have passed away at the age of 42.
Through another post, Dyrga also expressed his grief and loss. "Yuuudddddd, you left me so quickly," he wrote, ending with a crying emoticon.
