Emotional Moment When Ririn Ekawati Invites Her Child to Her Late Husband's Grave, Crying and Refusing to Go Home

Kapanlagi.com - It has been 3 years since Ririn Ekawati became a single mother after the passing of her husband, Ferry Wijaya. When her husband passed away, their child, Abigail Cattleya Putri, was only 5 months old and didn't understand much.

Now, Yaya is already 3 years old. And Ririn finally gathered the courage to take her to her late husband's grave for the first time. She shared this moment herself through her Youtube channel, Ririn & Rini, in the video titled Assalamualaikum, Papah Ferry.

As known, the late Ferry was buried in San Diego Hills, Karawang, West Java. And in the video, various touching moments occurred.

1. Ask for the Appearance of Father

Upon arrival at the grave, Yaya appeared so cheerful because she was promised to meet her father. However, after a while, she started to wonder about her father's whereabouts.

"Where is Papa? Papa is not here. Want to meet Papa," said Yaya innocently, as quoted by KapanLagi.com from the Youtube channel Ririn & Rini.

Upon hearing her child's question, Ririn tried to explain that her father is currently in the tombstone in front of them. However, it seems that Yaya still does not understand and continues to repeat her question sadly.

2. Yaya Doesn't Want to Go Home

On that occasion, Yaya was seen bringing flowers to her late father's tombstone, then watering it and praying. And when invited to go home, she firmly refused.

"Only once? Yaya wants to stay here. Why doesn't Papa appear. Want Papa to appear," Yaya asked again.

Ririn patiently answered her. "Pray for it, every night Yaya prays before going to sleep. Papa will appear in Yaya's dream. We will come here again later," replied Ririn, the older sister of Rini Yulianti.

3. Reasons Ririn Just Took Her Child to Her Father's Grave

On the way home, Yaya was even seen crying because she couldn't meet her father. Ririn tried to calm her child and promised to visit the grave more often.

"Okay, let me tell you a little story before I end this vlog. Why did I make this vlog? Because this is the first time Catleya has been to her father's grave since he passed away. Why did I just bring her now? Because I was only ready recently and I think Catleya has started to understand a little, so I brought her. Although it's still difficult to explain to Catleya, because she's not old enough to understand the details that her father is no longer here. But at least she knows now and we have been to her father's grave," Ririn explained while hugging Yaya who was fast asleep.

4. Message for Other Single Moms

Ririn also gave some advice to other women in the same situation as her. According to her, it is not good to rush into explaining to a child about the condition of a deceased husband if the heart is not ready. Because it can backfire.

"So, for single moms who have children under the age of 5 and have to explain that their father is not here, we have to be really ready first before we can tell our version or convey it to the child. So besides vlogging for Catleya's memory, so that one day when she grows up, she can see her father's grave for the first time and be happy, bring flowers, pray, and not want to go home.
