Entering a New Phase, Tubagus Joddy, the Driver in Vanessa Angel's Accident, is Named a Suspect

Kapanlagi.com - An accident that killed Vanessa Angel and her husband, Bibi Ardiansyah, enters a new phase. The driver, Tubagus Joddy, has been questioned by the police and is now named as a suspect.

This was announced by the Head of the District Attorney's Office (Kejari) in Jombang, Imran. He stated that Tubagus Joddy violated Article 310 of Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Traffic and Road Transportation.

They admitted to receiving the Investigation Order (SPDP) sent by the police to the District Attorney's Office with number 837. "There is already a suspect. In the name of Tubagus Muhammad Joddy," he said as quoted by Liputan6. "(The case) is related to the Traffic Law, Article 310 Paragraph 2 and Paragraph 4. For now, " he added.

In relation to this matter, the Jombang District Attorney's Office has appointed three public prosecutors (JPU) to handle Tubagus Joddy's case. "We will still study the case files first. We entrust the prosecutors to conduct a study of the files, " said Imran again.

2. Single Accident

As reported, Vanessa Angel and Bibi Ardiansyah died on their way to Surabaya, East Java. They were killed in a single accident that occurred on the JOMO toll road in East Java on Thursday (4/11/2021) afternoon.

There were five people in the white Pajero Sport car with license plate number B 1284 BJU. Three people, namely Gala Sky Andriansyah, Vanessa Angel's child, and Bibi Ardiansyah, along with their caregiver named Siska Lorenza and the driver named Tubagus Joddy, survived the accident.
