Every time Pinkan Mambo sings a Ratu song, she has to pay millions to Maia Estianty

Hearing what Pinkan said, presenter Okay Bos was surprised. They were curious about what Pinkan wanted to pay Maia for.

"If I sing, I have to pay. So, singing 'Salahkah Bila Diriku' (singing) costs two million each time," explained Pinkan.

2. Paying Every Time Singing Ratu's Song

Gigi understood that what Pinkan meant was paying royalties to Maia. Pinkan then explained further about the royalties she had to pay every time she sang Ratu's songs, which were created by Maia.

"It's been happening a lot. When I was Ratu, I had a solo career, so if I had to sing, I had to pay two million for one song. And that concert was only allowed one song. Back then, I didn't have any hit songs, like 'Kasmaran,' 'Kekasih Tak Dianggap,' so I just paid. But now, if I sing 'Bunda,' her mother is hard to reach," said Pinkan.

Hopefully, after this, Maia will pick up the phone and her relationship with Pinkan will get better!
