This is Daood's current condition. He can already walk on his own, although he still uses crutches to assist him in walking.
As known, Daood had a car accident in April 2022 on the Pasuruan-Probolinggo Toll Road, East Java. He underwent intensive treatment at Soetomo Hospital, Surabaya.
When the accident occurred, Daood was riding a Toyota Vellfire car, and his leg was broken as a result of the accident. Besides Daood, there were 4 other people who were also injured.
The accident also killed two foreign nationals (WNAs). Daood was immediately taken to the hospital to receive immediate help.
Daood's brother, Saleem, mentioned that his younger brother has undergone 5 surgeries. These gradual surgeries are to restore Daood's leg function to its original state.
Due to fractures in several parts of his leg, Daood needs six months to fully recover.
Nevertheless, he seems to have positive progress. It can be seen in the video that Daood can already laugh while walking around.
Saleem said, Daood is undergoing physiotherapy as part of the recovery effort. "Now physiotherapy is done every day," said Saleem.
