Fanny Ghassani is one of the celebrities who consistently maintains her existence in the entertainment world even after starting a family. For her, having a job and independence is very important for a woman.
Even though she has to travel back and forth between Jakarta and Bali, Fanny does not feel burdened. For her, Jakarta remains the main place to build her career, while Bali is a place to relax.
"Jakarta-Bali. Basically, I live in Jakarta-Bali. So, thank God, the house eee was just finished being built in Bali. In Jakarta, that's also my house, my first house, the house where I lived before I got married. But yeah, the base camp is still in Jakarta. Because I will continue to pursue my career. We women have to have a career, right?" said Fanny Ghassani when met in the Kebayoran Baru area of South Jakarta recently.
Her desire to keep working has also received the green light from her husband. Apparently, even before getting married, Fanny had made an agreement for her husband to allow her to remain active in the entertainment world.
"There must be an agreement. He was trapped before marrying me. No other choice. Come on, what does he have to say?" she said jokingly.
Fanny's busyness in Jakarta this year even made her have to spend more time in the capital than in her new home in Bali. This is due to the numerous job offers that came during the month of Ramadan.
"Indeed, he spends more time in Jakarta because this year I accepted offers like sahur and breaking fast, which I usually don't accept. That's why my husband is in Jakarta more because I don't have much time to go to Bali," explained Fanny.
In addition to working, Fanny also utilizes her network to maintain relationships with her colleagues, one of which is through the tradition of sending gift packages or Eid hampers.
"Sending. Especially to friends who have already sent. We definitely send back like that. It's a mutual exchange of kindness. But to build relationships, that's actually one way to do it. Not just with artist friends. Friends that we know as well," she concluded.
