Father Reveals Family's Protective Attitude Towards Kiky Sahputri's Pregnancy, Now 5 Months Along

Kapanlagi.com - Comedian Kiky Saputri's pregnancy has reached five months. However, behind this happiness, Kiky's father, Asly, admitted that the family has become more protective of Kiky. This extra protection is not without reason, as the comedian previously experienced a miscarriage.

“Yes, quite protective. Especially after the previous experience, we are being more careful. We are now more vigilant in maintaining Kiky's health and comfort,” said Asly when met in the SCBD area of South Jakarta on Saturday (2/11/2024).

As a parent, Asly tries to ensure that his daughter does not overexert herself in her daily activities, especially work. Every day, he incessantly reminds Kiky to always take care of her body and not to push herself too hard.

“If I tell her, yes, every day I tell her not to get too tired, to rest, to take care of her health,” he said.

Even so, Asly never forced Kiky to completely stop working. According to him, Kiky herself understands her body's limits better and can determine when to rest.

“Dad just said, if you can take care of yourself, if you feel good, then go ahead. But if you don’t feel good, rest,” said Asly.

In addition to taking care of her physical health, Asly also always reminds Kiky to pray and surrender to God in every activity she does. For him, prayer is the most important source of peace and protection in facing pregnancy.

“What I ask is just one thing, wherever you are, always pray. The important thing is to do it if it can make things easier for others,” he added.

Kiky Saputri is now enjoying her pregnancy, which is filled with happiness but still accompanied by caution from the extended family. Her father also mentioned that this pregnancy brings an extraordinary atmosphere of emotion and joy for them.

2. Praying for Smoothness

Currently, Kiky's pregnancy has entered the fifth month. If all goes well, Asly plans to hold a seven-month celebration for Kiky as a form of gratitude and prayer for her daughter's pregnancy to go smoothly until delivery.

“Alhamdulillah, it’s already five months. Insya Allah, if there’s a seven-month celebration, I will inform everyone. It’s also a chance for us to gather and pray that everything goes smoothly,” he said.

This plan for the seven-month event is also hoped to be a special moment for the family to come together and offer the best prayers for Kiky and her unborn grandchild.

For Asly, this happiness is certainly a big hope that Kiky can have a healthy and happy pregnancy and give birth safely. As a father, he continuously prays that Kiky and her child are always under God's protection.
