Previously, Indra Kenz became a public discussion due to allegations of legalizing Binary Option. Indra Kenz explained that similar service provider applications have been in Indonesia for a long time.

"Well, what needs to be known is that the Binary Option platform, whether it's Binomo or others, has been operating in Indonesia for quite some time," he said.

"Since 2010 and above. Well, as a user, it needs to be noted that anyone can register there, can use the application, whether they profit or lose, it is their own responsibility," he added.

2. Feeling that His Name Has Been Tarnished

Then, Indra Kenz also explained a little about Binomo, which is currently being talked about. Although Binomo is legal, there is no harm in how it works.

"That's why I want to clarify why it can be like that, because currently everything I do is considered cheating, gambling. Because my name has been tarnished. Even my other business is also called a gambling business," he said.

"But here it seems like I am the one causing the loss, but I'm not. The truth is, everyone can use it, profit or loss, it's each person's responsibility. But my name is being harmed here, because it is considered to be promoting something that is considered gambling," added Indra Kenz.

Meanwhile, Indra Kenz's legal representative, Wardaniman Larosa, explained that he and his client came to clarify the issues experienced by his client.

"We want to clarify that there should not be any individuals in the public making statements that could harm our client, Mr. Indra Kenz," he said.

"We hope that the public will also be more careful in issuing statements that harm our client because we will not hesitate to take legal action," Wardaniman Larosa concluded.

Previously reported, eight individuals who claimed to be victims of Binary Option trading or the Binomo application made a police report at Bareskrim Polri on February 3, 2022.

The police report made by the eight victims of Binary Option trading is allegedly addressed to Indra Kenz. The police report of the eight victims is recorded at SPKT Bareskrim with the number STTL/29/II/2022/BARESKRIM.
