Fighting for the Right to the Car for Their Son, Okie Agustina Sends a Legal Warning Letter to Gunawan Dwi Cahyo

Okie said that Gunawan has stopped paying child support since June. The dispute between Okie and Gunawan regarding Miro's car, which is suspected to have been taken away by Gunawan since May 31, 2024, has triggered this.

The mother of Miro Materazzi, expressed optimism that she will receive other blessings if Miro's father, Gunawan Dwi Cahyo, does not pay child support. This is because the Bogor Religious Court has ruled that Gunawan must provide Rp5 million per month to support Miro after their divorce.

1. Gunawan Takes His Son's Car

Gunawan Dwi Cahyo took Miro Materazzi's car without permission because he needed the car to look for a job. Initially, it was known that Gunawan was using the car temporarily.

Then Okie Agustina wanted to take over the car for her child's needs. However, Gunawan forcefully took the car without Okie's consent, and eventually pawned the car without direct approval from Okie.

2. Summons Letter for Gunawan

Okie Agustina sent a summons letter to Gunawan Dwi Cahyo on Wednesday (12/6). Okie Agustina was frustrated and ran out of patience because Gunawan ignored her request.

Okie Agustina gave Gunawan a grace period of 3x24 hours to return the car, but Gunawan did not show any good faith to return the car.

3. No Agreement in Divorce

Gunawan Dwi Cahyo relinquishes custody of the child to Okie Agustina because he himself requested the divorce. Okie Agustina filed for divorce from Gunawan Dwi Cahyo in November 2023, citing that it was Gunawan Dwi Cahyo himself who requested it.

There is no specific agreement in the divorce of Okie Agustina and Gunawan Dwi Cahyo regarding custody of the child. Custody of the child is automatically granted to the mother, and in this case, Okie Agustina has custody of Miro Materazzi, their 12-year-old child.

4. Kiesha Alvaro Provides Support

From the beginning of the separation process, Kiesha Alvaro, Okie Agustina's child, has responded to her mother's divorce with Gunawan Dwi Cahyo. Kiesha revealed that Pasha Ungu, her biological father, already knew about Okie and Gunawan's marital issues.

Kiesha also stated that Pasha Ungu supports Okie and asked Kiesha to take care of her mother. Hopefully, the problems between Okie and Gunawan will be resolved soon and they can rebuild a good relationship for the sake of their son.
