Filming in Papua Next Month, Ariel Tatum Sad to Leave This Person

Kapanlagi.com - In October, Ariel Tatum will undergo the filming process for the movie SEPEDA PRESIDEN in Papua. Stepping foot on Papua for the first time, Ariel Tatum admitted that she can't wait to see the beauty of its nature.

"Coincidentally, this will be my first time stepping foot in Papua, Raja Ampat and the islands we will visit. Very excited, one thing that comes to mind is definitely the beauty of its nature," said Ariel Tatum when met at Djakarta Theater XXI, Central Jakarta, on Tuesday (28/9).

Not only that, she is also happy because she can finally collaborate with Director Garin Nugroho for the first time.

"I'm really excited, even asked directly to Mas Garin if this project is true and the filming will be in Papua. I've never worked with everyone before. With Mas Garin, we have been friends for quite a long time and finally got the opportunity to work together in Papua. Hopefully everything goes smoothly," she said.

1. Preparation for Shooting in Papua

About to undergo shooting for approximately three weeks, Ariel Tatum has made many preparations including consuming healthy food and exercising.

"The preparation is more about health, physical exercise before leaving, eating healthy, sufficient exercise to stay fit and be able to carry out the shooting process to the maximum," said Ariel Tatum.

Meanwhile, the challenge of playing in the film SEPEDA PRESIDEN, Ariel Tatum said she will focus more on the character she plays, namely an influencer who is tired of the hustle and bustle of the capital city and is looking for tranquility in Papua. In this film, Ariel Tatum will also sing some songs.

"If the challenge I face is maybe my character is actually a bit gloomy, you could say. So the challenge I feel is how to make my gloominess not make this film a downer. In addition, this film also has many songs that I will sing," she explained.

2. Sad Leaving 5 Cats

Funny thing that makes Ariel Tatum sad about this film project because she has to leave her five pet cats at home.

“The thing that makes me sad about this project is that I have to leave my five cats at home,” she said while laughing.
