Kapanlagi.com - Cut Intan Nabila has finally taken legal steps by filing for divorce from her husband, Armor Toreador. The lawsuit has officially been registered at the Tigaraksa Religious Court (PA).
This information was directly conveyed by Cut Intan's attorney, Ana Sofa Yuking, who confirmed that the divorce process has entered the initial stage.
"Alhamdulillah, Cut Intan Nabila's divorce lawsuit has officially been submitted to PA Tigaraksa," said Ana Sofa Yuking when contacted by the media on Monday (9/12/2024).
However, Ana has not provided further information regarding the details of the divorce case number.
She only mentioned that the first hearing will be held soon. "God willing, next Monday will be the first hearing," she said.
Cut Intan's decision to file for divorce is indeed not without reason. In the trial of the domestic violence (DV) case involving Armor, she had previously expressed her intention to end the marriage.
The domestic violence she experienced made Cut Intan firmly choose the path of separation for the greater good. She also considers this decision to be the best step for her family's future.
"When it comes to divorce, this is actually the best for both of us, for me, for Armor, and for the children," said Cut Intan.
Cut Intan and Armor's household has indeed often been plagued by problems. The domestic violence case that surfaced became the peak issue that made their relationship no longer sustainable.
Although separation is a difficult step, Cut Intan admitted that she is ready to go through it. "So I am ready to file for divorce," she concluded.
